3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed terms
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion or according to milestone schedules.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. Blueprint 4 Business retains rights to our methodologies, frameworks, and any pre-existing materials.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business details. We will not disclose client information without explicit permission, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blueprint 4 Business provides consulting and implementation services but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
